Summer Vacation

Finally it's summer vacation! I'm going to miss 5th grade but 6th grade is going to be so much better! At my school 6th grade is middle school, so I'm going to have a much heavier backpack than usual! I know I will like my teachers though; one of them is my friends mom! I can't wait!

guess what... last night was our last cinderella show! Yes! No more practice!

We had our field trip to marine world! It rocked, but Megan and I left 1 hour early, and we still spent three hours on the road!

hello people

today i am not going to use one single contraction

i will use full words

and as you might have noticed there are no capitals

i only have a total of ten days left of school

i am so glad

next year is middle school and i bet it is going to rock

but i am also sad

my teacher mr hopson is great

but he probably won't be teaching here next year

he is giving up teaching to be an administrator

but i will be okay

i will still have friends

and i have a teacher that i know i will like

but i cannot tell you who

because it is a humongous secret

and trevor will get mad at me if i tell you

i cannot even give you a hint

it is that big of a secret

Much to do Monday

Yes... Today's title is Much to do Monday. Here's why:

1) 3 new homework assignments
2) Cinderella (Yes Kidetts) practice
3) Neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed to get ready for piano class tomorrow
4) Garden
5) Trying to convince mom to take us shopping!
Here's a rhyme about today:
It's only 8:42, but I have a lot to do!
Hopefully we have to write another story this week though; that was a lot of fun! My next one is going to be a fantasy about a princess that, in her dreams, turns into a swan. Then, in real life, she finds out she can fly! It's called Castle of the Swan. What do you think?
I read 4 books over the weekend: Every Cloud Has a Silver Lining, Trouble With a Capital O, Lily B. On the Brink of Cool, and a comic book called: Babymouse, Queen of the World. I'm starting one called the tale of Desperaux. It's about this cute little mouse, and so far it's really neat.
I got bitten by a spider two times! Once on my knee and one on my face! It looks like a giant, red, masquito bite! It's really weird. I'm hinding it with my new out grown bangs.

So sorry

Dear Blog,

I am so sorry I haven't written sense last month! I've been super busy! I am in computer class right now and while working on my website I clicked on the link to my blog, and I just had to come type!

My mom twisted her ankle! We went to our friend, Christina's, new house and when I called my mom to say good night, she wasn't home. I called her cell, and she was at the hospital! I kind of thought that she was kidding, but she was dead serious. Her foot turned bloo-ish today! It's cccrrrreeeppppyyyy! I don't like it that much.

Yesterday was my piano recital, I wore this new beautiful red dress. It made me look tall, I also got new shoes that match the dress! :0) I also got to new shirts that are so cute! I'm wearing one right now. It is yellow with bright yellow butterflies, but it looks cuter than it sounds. They aren't detailed and they kind of look like small deformed hearts.

I'm so sorry I haven't written in a while, I've just been so super busy. I was in a play, I have a piano recital on Sunday, and we have school testing! It's crazy! I think today, after I finish my work, I'm just going to sit back, and relax.

Today we went to my dad's work! We had lunch with him, it was awesome! After that we went to the Tracy outlet and got some cute clothes! They are very springish, after all, spring has sprung!

Yes! It is finally Saturday! I am so glad! I'm still really sleepy, and I have the power to go back to sleep without mom yelling at me! Yes!

We only have 88 more days until we go to Chicago! Today, we are going to make a chart the we need to mark off! It's going to be awesome!

Yesterday Trevor and I I.M.'ed each other for like 2 hours. We were talking on the phone while playing clubpenguin.com too. We played hide and go seek! It was so awesome!

Tip of the day: the 3 scoops: (1) scoop yourself a nice bowl of ice cream (2) scoop yourself while doing some relaxing stretches (3) scoop yourself into bed and take a nice long nap!

to grandmother's house we go

we are at our grandma's house now! we had breakfast, and now i am typing on her laptop. her house is tons of fun. megan is taking a shower right now, and i'm next.

the rock (we hide the rock back and forth in each other's houses) is still in their possession. i can't wait until they find it!

last night we watched the shining. it is this movie about these people in a hotel. it's creepy, because in the end, the dad goes crazy and tries to kill his wife and kids. now i won't spoil the ending, but, you need to come and see it! redrum is murder spelt backwards.

(if you noticed that i am not using capitals, go reward yourself with icecream!)

question of the day: if peter piper picked a peck of pickled peppers, where are the peck of pickled peppers peter piper picked? (in the bucket by the back door)

tip of the day: the 3 swings. (1) go swing outside (if you don't have one, twirl around) (2) swing a scoop of icecream in your mouth. (3) swing your arms around someone you love and give them a big hug!

Guess what! Today was great, I have been IMing my friends for like 3 hours, I found my skateboard, and I taught myself a new trick (and now I learned how to turn around without stopping! Yeah!) I got ice cream, and I ran through sprinklers! It was great. Also, when I was IMing my friend Trevor, he sent me a lot of groovy music!

Speaking of music, Rick (my directer for a midsummer night's dream) forgot to bring it! I was polite though, and I didn't freak out until I got into the car. Gosh! I wanted those songs to put on my laptop (not to mention my ilo... it's an mp3 player) Well, I guess it's okay though, I mean, now I have other songs!

Today I have encountered, like, 5 wasps. I was scared 3/4 to death! Creepy... That's why I spent the rest of the day inside.

Tip of the day: If you ever feel sad, smile for 5 minutes and think of something nice. Better yet, get out a comfort object and talk to it, while you smile!

Question of the day: If the sky is blue, why are the clouds white?

Hello! How are you? What’s up? Today is Saturday and I am psyched! Do you want to know why? It’s because I have TYPA today! A Midsummer Nights Dream! I can’t wait until Rick gives me a copy of the CD we’re using. I love those songs! There is one song called ‘What a day for a daydream’ that I love! It’s awesome! I am going to bring it to school so Mr. Hopson can play it during silent reading time. He is always looking for music to play! I hope he likes it. It’s kind of a mellow happy song. If you heard it, I bet you would like it! I heard this other song I like, when we learned the waltz. I don’t know what it’s called, but it has a part in it that says “If you don’t have a song to sing, don’t worry. You know how to get along!” Or something. I like these songs. They make me smile because they are just kind of jazzy. I sure hope Rick brings the CD. I don’t know if he will remember! Cross your fingers! (I really, really, really, really, really, really, really, hope he brings it!) Can you believe that it’s already the weekend? I’m surprised! Last time I checked it was Wednesday! I don’t really care though. Did you know I get Monday off? It’s teacher workday. I think that’s kind of dumb though; besides, they still have to come to work that doesn’t make that much sense.

It's a secret

Guess what? Today, I am making my parents breakfast! I like doing surprising stuff like that... To bad my mom already found out, she was really excited! But she hasn't told dad yet. Well, I am almost finished with making it... I have made coffee, eggs, poured orange juice, set the table and set everything up! Now all I need is to wake up dad... That's the hardest part! I hope he likes it!

Can you believe that is almost Friday? And that is is already March 1st? Gosh, the last time I checked it was February 25th, and I didn't have homework due! But that's okay though, because I already finished it, and it is ready to be handed in to my teacher!
Just so you know, I am in 5th grade and I have a really funny teacher! I can't wait until next year though, because that is the beginning of middle school at our school!
Here is my tip of the day: Think twice before even opening your mouth, because trust me, you never know what is going to come out of it!
